In my Senior Design role, I led various omni-channel campaigns, showcasing leadership, proactivity, and versatility. Collaborating with M&C Saatchi, I oversaw the Black Friday Creative, ensuring seamless execution of the campaign while introducing 3D capabilities to the team. Additionally, I contributed to the production of impactful digital assets, working closely with the DX team on BAU, web, and eDM projects. Alongside Hogarth, I art directed photography and video with refined creative and retouching briefs. Working closely with the best practice team I was able to help implement workflow solutions, such as catalogue automation and Adobe CCL management, to enhance productivity. Furthermore, I conducted UX Accessibility training ultimately boosting team capabilities. This hands-on role helped highlight my versatility, collaborative nature and commitment to empowering designers to excel.
